About the theory

Specialized recruiting and fractional HR.

Recruiter Theory is a specialized recruiting and fractional HR partner for Medtech, Manufacturing, and Engineering companies.

We work with companies adding capacity, entering a new stage of growth, or building the people function they need next.

We work as a specialized partner—not a staffing agency—staying close to the role, the team, and the decisions behind the hire.

Christopher is an Army veteran and former helicopter pilot. He later led site safety at Amazon and worked on M&A integration.

He launched his first company in 2020 to help growing companies build practical HR foundations. Today, he runs Recruiter Theory from Tampa, Florida, focused on Medtech, Manufacturing, and Engineering companies nationwide.

That focus brings safety leadership, HR foundations, and integration experience to the people problems that come with growth.
